Finally, it’s here!! Stop in and grab a cold pint while it lasts. I just had one… even better on tap than it is in a bottle.
Our feature beers for April are Steam Whistle and Mill St. Organic. We’re trying to feature local Ontario breweries as much as possible. Come and get a cold one!
For the month of March we will be offering…
Tankhouse Pale Ale
Mill St. Brewery
Like traditional pale ales, Tankhouse Ale has a deep copper-red colour. We use five different malts to produce a complex malty texture. The most dominant character of our Pale Ale is the hop. The spicy Cascades is used to give an assertive hop flavour, aroma and bitterness to our ale. The result is a satisfying and complex-tasting beer. Our brewmaster developed this recipe 20 years ago and it has remained his favorite drink of choice. AVAILABLE MARCH 8th.
Tasting Notes: Orange-tinged dark amber; aroma shows rich fruity hoppiness (cherry, plum), plus woody notes, and lightly smokey crystal malts.
Happy Hour Premium Ale
HopCity Brewery
A medium bodied ale with a rich golden colour. Its unique blend of US Cascade hops and UK Kent Golding hops brings out a flowery, citrus aroma and pleasant hop bitterness. Caramel malts balance this brew’s bitterness, making for a refreshing, well-balanced ale.
AVAILABLE MARCH 5th
February Draught Beers
1. Samuel Adams Boston Lager
Flavor: Full bodied and complex. Caramel sweetness balanced with distinct citrus and piney notes. A strong, smooth finish and mouth feel.
Color: A deep amber to golden

2. Moosehead Lager
Moosehead Golden Lager is light in body and highly refreshing, offering a fine balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness.
Made from an age-old yeast culture, Moosehead Lager is brewed longer to impart its unique flavor.
