Hi Everyone,
If you’ve never had a Stoli Doli you don’t know what you’re missing. We take fresh Gold Valencia pineapples and soak them in Soli Vodka for 14 full days. On the fifteenth day we strain the vodka and discard the pineapples. To create the perfect Stoli Doli take 3oz of the mix and shake it vigorously over ice for 1 min. Pour over ice and serve. The result is a deliciously potent but extremely easy to drink concoction. Our Doli’s will be ready to serve Monday April 4th at 3pm.

Hope everyone enjoyed their St. Paddy’s Day and made it home safe. Thanks to all those who celebrated it with us enjoying some Celtic music, green beer and great corned beef sandwiches. A special thanks to the boys from Rovin Trade who played from 4-8pm, you guys were awesome. I only wish I could have made it out of the kitchen to actually see a song or two. Thanks to everyone who came out for our first Disco Night. The band was excellent and I think everyone has a really good time. It was great to see people all dressed up in their 70′s swag. Special thanks to the Hooper family for thier 70′s spirit. We hope to do it again in the future and will keep you posted as things develop.
