Here at Johnny Shotz we work very hard to bring you the best food possible for a reasonable price. We purchase only high quality ingredients, and make almost all of our menu items from scratch. For example, we could buy frozen burgers, but we don’t. Our ground beef comes to us fresh daily and is hand pattied. We could buy our blue cheese dressing already made, but we don’t, we make it from scratch. We could buy processed and frozen chicken fingers, but we don’t, instead we purchase fresh and local chicken tenders and hand bread them before each and every order.(My kitchen staff hate me for this… lol). I could go on and on with more examples but you get the point.
Sure, using great ingredients costs more money, but I am a firm believer that “QUALITY BEATS PRICE.” Besides, aren’t you worth it?

Kids Menu
All of our kids items include a choice of fries, garden salad, caesar salad or pasta. You also get to choose from a fountain beverage, milk or juice. And of course we can’t forget dessert. Choose either chocolate or vanilla ice cream. All this for only 7.99
Grilled Cheese
We use real cheddar cheese X 2 and sandwich it between lightly buttered grilled Texas Toast.

Mini dogs in a perfectly crispy homemade corn dog batter.

I think we do this classic “diner” sandwich some real justice. Oven roasted turkey is stacked on thick Texas Toast with all the usual suspects; fresh tomatoes, our homemade bacon, shredded lettuce, real cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.
Chicken Pita 9.99
Our chicken is always fresh, never frozen and ever so lightly seasoned. Served up in a warm, lightly buttered pita with shredded iceberg lettuce, fresh tomatoes, red onion and our secret pita sauce.

21 days in the making we actually “corn” our own beef. Now it’s quite different than the commercially produced stuff but we think its far better. Our corned beef is nitrate free. Stacked with coleslaw, Russian dressing and real swiss cheese on lightly toasted Rye bread from Stiemar bakery. Served with fresh cut fries and a dill pickle. $12.99

Ontario Certified AAA Cornfed beef ground fresh daily by Ted Farron’s Butcher Shop. All burgers are hand pattied and grilled to order. Served on a super fresh and lightly toasted bun. For 15+ years our steak sandwich has been a house favorite for 1 simple reason… we use Certified AAA Ontario Cornfed beef and hand-cut it daily using only the center cut of the striploin. Nachos

Yeah… it’s an Italian thing but we make a really good one using fresh, never frozen chicken breast and Jimmy’s own marinara sauce.
